Reid Koster is the Practice Lead, Senior Consultant for OKRs on the Lattice Advisory Services team. Over the past 6 years, Reid has helped hundreds of organizations of all sizes and industry align and activate their teams through strategic goals and OKRs, and he specializes in OKR process design and executive coaching.
Reid joined Lattice in 2021 to build out the Lattice Advisory Services Goal and OKR practice, combining research, experience, and customer stories to build practical roadmaps for organizational OKR success. He came to Lattice from Betterworks, a strategic goals platform, where he similarly led the OKR practice. Reid’s earlier career, first as a consultant and later as a product manager, solidified his empathy-first approach to customer engagements and internal interactions alike.
Reid is a Bay Area native, which means he must be kept at 68 degrees fahrenheit for optimal performance.
Julia has been at the cross-section of organizational culture and technology for over a decade, developing deep expertise in employee engagement, management excellence, leadership development, and People strategy. She has worked with hundreds of People Teams across industries and company sizes, pushing to identify the best people-first solution for each unique circumstance.Â

Julia joined Lattice in 2020 to found the Lattice Advisory practice, combining research, experience, and ongoing client work to inform recommended practices in People Strategy. Before that, she founded and led the Employee Practice at Medallia, an experience management platform. In the years leading up to her time at Lattice, Julia was also part of the team at Talentism, a remote-first coaching company, as both a leader and an Executive Clarity Coach. Julia has her BA in Cultural Linguistics and Cognition from Cornell, and her MBA from Stanford Business School. Some of her favorite travel destinations include the Yucatan, the redwoods, and 4 Barrel Coffee in San Francisco, where she lives.Â
