Prior to that, he led the People team at Branch Metrics and led the People Partner and Compensation teams at Mulesoft through their successful IPO and acquisition by Salesforce. He started his career at Hewlett-Packard, with experience across HR M&A, workforce planning and regional talent management strategy for APAC. He holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in HR from Cornell and BA with a major in Sociology from Wesleyan. He is passionate about creating people-first cultures and business success through innovative people strategies.

In 2014 she joined Mercer’s Global Account Management team based in Louisville, Kentucky office and served over 30 large and complex multinational companies headquartered in North America with focus on tech and life sciences industries, for over 6 years.
In 2021 and after having her first baby she joined Mercer’s North America Sales and Commercial Strategy team as a tech industry leader and trusted advisor for the US and Canada.

Amanda Myton leads the Lattice Advisory Services, Talent Management Practice Area, a group focused on helping People leaders identify and develop People programs that fit their company's unique needs. Most recently, Amanda established the People Programs and Partners function at Ironclad. Prior, Amanda held a number of roles at Anaplan, including leading the Employee Development team and establishing their onboarding, internal L&D, and talent management functions as they grew from 150 to over 2500 employees globally and successfully IPOed. She started her career in education before transitioning to tech and has held a number of roles across learning and development, technical training, and Customer Success in high-growth and international organizations.Â
